Tablescapes is the primary fundraiser for the San Antonio Kappa Alumnae Association. In 2010, Tablescapes raised more than $30,000. Some of the beneficiaries throughout the years have been Kinetic Kids, Sunshine Cottage, Avance, Youth Alternatives, Respite Care, Good Samaritan Center, the Children's Shelter, Warm Springs Rehabilitation, Girls Hope, Boys Hope, Christian Assistance Ministries, Communities in Schools, SAMM, Visitation House Ministries, Bexar County Detention Ministries, Children's Association for Maximum Potential (CAMP), Battered Women's Shelter, Seton Home, Mission Road Ministries Soar and More Program, the Children's Bereavement Center, and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation.

Over 40 designer tables are featured each year. Tablescapes 2011 will be held at the San Antonio Country Club on November 7-8. A Wine Reception will be held Monday evening and the table viewing and luncheon will be held on Tuesday. This is the fifteenth year of Tablescapes. Our featured speaker is Martha Hall Foose, a gifted storyteller, cookbook author and James Beard Award winner.
